Our Team
I am a native to the Ozarks born in Springfield and graduated from Ozark High School. I attended College at MSU and OTC with a major in business. My first fifteen years in business was writing and servicing insurance and financial services with ANPAC and Allstate operating as an agent and agency owner.
In 2009 I sold my Allstate agency and went to work as a mortgage processor with a local credit union learning the details and the business of mortgage lending. From there my career as a mortgage loan officer was off and running. After another fifteen years working with banks as an LO I now have branched out on my own as a mortgage broker, currently with Pinnacle Lending. This has allowed me to broaden my loan product offerings and shop rates with national investors in order to accommodate my clients.
I have been married to my wife Robin for 33 years and we have three children. My oldest is my son Gavin who is studying cyber security at OTC. I have two daughters, Hayden and Hayley, attending Hillcrest High School both of which are honor roll students. I love spending time and playing golf with my children, swimming, exercise and doing good business with those families I work with. My faith has been my source of strength throughout my career.

Outside of work, I have wrestled all over the country and enjoy coaching youth on the discipline and drive required for wrestling. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring Missouri, and spending as much time as possible outdoors. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband of over 10 years, our four fur babies, and supporting animal-focused causes close to my heart. In May of 2017, I realized my future was truly in my own hands. As the first high school graduate in my family, I broke a generational cycle and set a new standard for what was possible. Years later, I reached another milestone that once felt out of reach—purchasing my first home. That experience didn’t just change my life; it solidified my passion for helping others achieve homeownership and showed my three younger sisters that our past does not define our future.
My professional journey began early, earning my first paycheck at Papa Murphy’s as soon as I was legally able to work. Within a year, I became the youngest shift lead in my store, learning firsthand the value of responsibility, leadership, and clear communication. I later transitioned into the mental health field, where I advocated for individuals who are often misunderstood. That role reinforced the importance of listening, empathy, and education—skills that now shape how I guide clients through the mortgage process.
As a loan officer, I understand that buying a home can feel overwhelming or even impossible, especially for first-time buyers or those who don’t see themselves reflected in traditional homeownership stories. My goal is to provide clarity, transparency, and support every step of the way—so my clients feel informed, confident, and empowered in their decisions.
Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring local trails with my two pups, wandering plant nurseries, volunteering with Springfield Community Gardens, or relaxing with a good book, my kitty, and a Dr. Pepper.
